It's?packaged?in?the way?of?a?Tape & Reel (TR).There is a 14-PowerWFDFN package that includes it.This lighting drivere has a mounting type of Surface Mount.There is a switch type of General Purpose.To ensure reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C TJ.In this LED driver, there are no outputs available.Operation is based on 0.8V~5.5V supply voltage.A maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts has been specified.It is equipped with Load Discharge features.It is a member of the TPS22966 family.It contains 14 terminations.During operation, the 14 pins are used.Currently, there are 1 functions associated with the lighting driver.It is possible to obtain high efficiency with a supply voltage of 1.2V.The lighting driver is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.It has 27mOhm resistance.This case results in a 6A output current.The LED driver is configured with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V (Vsup).For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 0.8V.In this case, the analog IC is POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT.To choose from, there are 2 channels.
