For greater flexibility, the PDIP package is adopted.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 10V V.Its interface IC is NAND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is an output current limit of 2A for this device.There are several useful electronic components in this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A board with 8 component pins is available.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.With its power supplies of 10V, it solves the power supply problems for diverse applications.The supply voltage of 14V is its maximum value for operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 2A.The input of this function is characterised by SCHMITT TRIGGER.
