TPS3110E09DBVR Overview
There are 6 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. It is packaged with Cut Tape (CT). In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SOT-23-6 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When a supply voltage of 0.9V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 6 pins that are attached to IC management. 6 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 400mV for this IC power. There should be no more than 3.3V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TJ. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 1.2μA.
