As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 8 in total. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Cut Tape (CT) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 3 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad functions for your reference in this IC power. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management conducts in a 3-voltage supply. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. It has a total of 8 pins that are attached to IC management. 8 pins make up the power management. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 2V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value.
