TRC105 Overview
The 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package conserves RF transceiver IC's board space. RF transceiver is mounted using Surface Mount.Transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx Only, which is efficient and reliable.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The system operates on the basis of the frequency 300MHz~510MHz.
