TRF3761-AIRHAT Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 40 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 5V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.6GHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
