TRF3761-FIRHAT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 4.5V~5.25V.
