TRF3761-JIRHAT Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 40 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 5V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel.
