TS3A5017D Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 4:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. There are 16 terminations totally. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 2.5V, it should be turned on and run. As part of the design of the 16 series, this electronic part has been incorporated into the system. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. A low voltage of 2.3V should be applied to the electronic component. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 2.5μA. A voltage of 2.3V~3.6V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. If put voltage greater than 7μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. It is possible to transfer data over a 165MHz-bandwidth. Multiplexer ics with 8 outputs are available.
