TS3A5018RGYR Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 4 channels. When a voltage supply of 2.5V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 7μA. 300MHz-bandwidths can be used to transfer data between multiplexers. There is 10Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part. The analog switch ics has 8 outputs.
