There is greater flexibility with the 14-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.When the supply voltage is 3.7V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~115°C TJ.Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver consists of 14 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UCC27221.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 14 pins.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.In the maximum case, the output current can be 3.3mA volts.The board contains 14 pins for component connections.3A is the maximum output current supported by the device.The maximum power dissipation of 3W shows its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 100mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.By using the frequency 500kHz, we can increase efficiency.
