UCC3801DTRG4 Overview
In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 7.4V~12V volts and has 7.4V~12V supply voltage. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 46kHz position.
