UCC3813DTR-5 Overview
As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3.6V~12V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 31kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters.
