UCD90120ARGCT Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 64 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please refer to power management for 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad functions. As with other Sequencer products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 12. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. The total number of pins on this power management is 64. The pins of the power management system count 64. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 3V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 3.6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~110°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain, Push-Pull. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using UCD90120, the base power ics number.
