For greater flexibility, its 8-SIP Module, 6 Leads package is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Bulk.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Through Hole.WGate driversh a 14V~15V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.IGBT is the gate type used for this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -20°C~70°C TA.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Initially, the configuration is composed of 6 terminations.The mount method is Through Hole.There are 6 pins available in the device.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 5A.On the board, there are 8/6 component pins.
