VNB14N04 Overview
The package is in the form of a Tube.It is included with the TO-263-3, D2Pak (2 Leads + Tab), TO-263AB package as well.It has been mounted as Surface Mount on the LED driver.The switch type is General Purpose.The LED driver has 1 outputs.The LED driving board operates with a supply voltage of Not Required.A maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts has been specified.This LED driving board is equipped with Status Flag features in order for it to be useful.There is a VNB14 family of things that it belongs to.It contains 2 terminations.During operation, the 3 pins are used.There are 1 functions of the LED driver.The maximum output current must drop to 14A to meet the operation criteria.The lighting driver is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.A total of 4 pins are present on it.Currently, the LED driving board has a resistance of 70mOhm ohms.The OMNIFET?, VIPower? series includes this electrical component.This case results in a 10A output current.In order to achieve the best efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 18V.It requires a maximum current requirement of 250μA.
