Packaged in a 128-TQFP Exposed Pad format, this MCU is available in a compact size. The board has 64 I/Os. The Microcontroller's mounting type is Surface Mount and this IC chip has the following features. A 32-Bit 8-Core core is used in order to power the IC chip. The type of program memory it uses is SRAM. There is a temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA that is operated by this Microcontroller. A XS1 series electrical component is used in this application.
