ZL30250LDF1 Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CML, CMOS, Crystal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An up to 1.035GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with CML, CMOS logic levels. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C.
