It is embedded in the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. I have packaged it in a way that is similar to Tube's. In order to achieve this superior flexibility, 12 ~ 24-Bit circuits are used. A Multiplexed Bus Exchanger logic type is used in this electrical device. This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Operating temperatures should be higher than -40°C~85°C. High/Low output currents allow 24mA 24mA to have a maximum design flexibility. An FPGA belonging to the 74ALVCH series is a type of FPGA. The voltage at which it operates is 1.65V~3.6V. The 74ALVCH16271 family includes it. It can be said that there is a technique of terminating transmission lines that uses a device that matches the characteristics of the line impedance, called 56 terminations. For normal operation, the supply voltage must be kept above 1.8V in order for the device to function properly. The 56 pin count is provided. In this case, the electronic part will be mounted in the Surface Mount-direction. The 56 pins are designed into it. This electronic device belongs to the family of ALVC/VCX/A.
