There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 208-BFQFP package and X package. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. A total of 154 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. The basic building blocks of logic contain 6500 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 1.5V-volt supply. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.425V~1.575V . This is a type of FPGA that is part of the ProASIC3 series of FPGAs. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~100°C TJ. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tray. In total, there are a total of 208 terminations on fpga chips.
