A convenient transport package is provided in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .The comparator has a type CMOS, NMOS, Open-Drain, TTL output.This device is designed in Tube case.Electronic comparator can be classified as a General Purpose chip.Electronic comparator consists of 2 elements in total.Electronic comparator is recommended that you mount the device using type Surface Mount .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C .The comparator has 8 pins.A quiescent current of 180μA is observed in this comparator.There is a Surface Mount for mounting it on a PCB or other board.For normal use of the device, the nominal supply current should be 18μA .The compartator could be damaged if the current supply exceeds 18μA .Comparator electronics is not recommended to operate at a temperature higher than 70°C .Comparator electronics is not suComparator electronicsable for temperatures below 0°C .The maximal supply voltage of the comparator is 12V .The comparator is capable of operating at a minimum supply voltage of 3V .The output quality is maintained by the cooperation of 2 channels.
