To facilitate transportation, it comes packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .Output type of this comparator is CMOS, NMOS, Open-Drain, TTL .This device is designed in Tube case.Speaking of types, this is a typical General Purpose comparator.A total of 4 elements can be found in it.Electronic comparator is recommended to mount using type Surface Mount .Electronic comparator is recommended that you set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C in order to prevent malfunctions.There are 14 pins on the comparator.A quiescent current of 90μA is observed in this comparator.A Surface Mount is provided for mounting it onto a PCB or another board.For normal use of the device, the nominal supply current should be 90μA .A current supply greater than 90μA may cause the comparator to malfunction.Electronic comparator is possible to input a maximum of 30pA current into the device.The voltage gain of the part is indicated by 100dB in the voltage formula.An increase in temperature over 70°C is not recommended.Comparator electronics is not suComparator electronicsable for temperatures below 0°C .A comparator's maximum supply voltage is 12V .This comparator allows minimum supply voltage of 3V .For the output to be of high quality, 4 channels must cooperate together.
