ATMEGA168P-20MUR Overview
It is available in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the benefit of saving space. A Surface Mount mounting method is used. Tape & Reel (TR) is the package that contains it. Device with AVR core processor issupported. Work should be done at -40°C~85°C TA. There is FLASH program memory in it. A total of 23 I/Os are present. Based on its base part number of ATMEGA168P, other similarly-sized components can be found. At QUAD, it has its terminals. It has 32 terminationals. The electrical component is part of the series AVR? ATmega. Because the supply voltage is 5V, high efficiency can be achieved. The gadget has MICROCONTROLLER, RISC for its uPs, uC, and peripheral ICs. A total of 32 pins are required to construct this device. Based on the Surface Mount method, it is mounted. Microcontrollers contains this component. In the device, there is a memory capacity of 16kB which may be used to store programs and data. The maximum supply current is set at 9mA.
