ATMEGA328-MMH Overview
A 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is included. There are 23 I/Os. Device mounting type Surface Mount is the type of mounting that the Microcontroller uses. This Microcontroller is based on the 8-Bit core. There is a type of program memory called FLASH in the Microcontroller. The temperature range of this Microcontroller is within the range of -40°C~85°C TA. A AVR® ATmega series electrical component is used in this application. Microcontroller has abundant program memory size of 32KB 16K x 16. Powered by a AVR Core processor. MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs make up the Microcontroller. There are 28 terminations on the IC chip. In addition, MCU chip comes with a 8-bit size. Input voltage for the chip is 5V volts. The Microcontroller chip has NO DMA channels. 32kB is the size of the memory in the IC part. The base part number ATMEGA328 can be used to find alternatives. In the case of 20MHz frequency operation, it can perform efficiently. On the chip, there are 28 pins that can be accessed. The clock has 3 timers/counters to keep track of the time. A total of 8 ADC channels are present in this device. This device uses 6 PWM channels to generate the voltage. An 1-channel PWM controller is used by the device.
