Tape & Reel (TR) is the way it's packaged.The TO-252-5, DPak (4 Leads + Tab), TO-252AD package contains it.This LED driving board is mounted using the mounting type Surface Mount.It owns the General Purpose switch type.It is best to set the temperature to -40°C~150°C TJ to ensure reliable operation.The lighting driver has a total of 1 outputs that are available for use.It uses a supply voltage of Not Required to operate.A maximum voltage of N-Channel volts is available from the output of this LED driver.This LED driving board is equipped with Auto Restart, Status Flag features in order for it to be useful.It has a total of 4 terminations.The LED driver has 1 functions.From the lighting driver, there is a maximum output of 1.8AV.Supply voltages of 12V allow for high efficiency.It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.It is included in the miniPROFET? series.A maximum supply voltage of 52V is set in Vsup.Normal operation requires a voltage above 6V for the supply voltage.
