As you can see, it's packaged in the way of a Tape & Reel (TR).The 20-PowerSOIC (0.433, 11.00mm Width) package includes it.Mounting type Surface Mount is selected for the LED driving board.General Purpose is the switch type that it owns.It is best to set the temperature to -40°C~150°C TJ to ensure reliable operation.The LED driver has 2 outputs.The LED driving board operates at Not Required volts.A maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts can be obtained with this LED driver.As far as features are concerned, the LED driving board has Status Flag.I believe it belongs to the BTS840S2 family.A total of 20 terminations have been recorded.In order to operate, 20 pins are used.It is important to note that the LED driving board has 2 functions.There is a maximum output of 11AV from the LED driver.The maximum output current must drop to 50A to meet the operation criteria.Using a voltage of 12V allows for high efficiency.20 pins are equipped with it.It has a resistance of 27mOhm.This electrical component can be found in the PROFET? series.This LED driver is self-contained in an econtainer with a capacity of Peripheral Drivers.Vsup (maximum supply voltage) is set to 34V.The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 5V for normal operation.
