BUZ11-NR4941 Overview
Input capacitance, CI, is defined as the capacitance between two input terminals of an op amp with one input grounded, and the input capacitance of this device is 2000pF @ 25V.A device's drain current is its maximum continuous current, and this device's drain current is 30A.Peak drain current is 120A, which is the maximum pulsed drain current.In order for DS breakdown voltage to remain above 50V, it should remain above the 50V level.The transistor must receive a 50V drain to source voltage (Vdss) in order to function.By using drive voltage (10V), this device helps reduce its overall power consumption.
