DG442DY Overview
Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. 16 terminations have been made so far. A 4 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. Powered by a 15V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. A key feature of the 16 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 36V to a switch device. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. 13V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. For this multiplexer to operate, 30mA current would be sufficient. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 100μA. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. A dual power supply should have at least 7V voltage attached. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. This electronic component presents a Drain to Source resistance of 85Ohm.
