DG613DY Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). Despite this switch's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 21V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least -10V should be attached. Integrated with SPST analog IC. In this switch multiplexer, there are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs available. The transfer of data can be performed over 500MHz bandwidths. There is 45Ohm Drain to Source resistance on this electronic part.
