DS1013S-100+ Overview
The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. Taps and steps are configured with 1.
