EP2S90F1020C3 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 1020-BBGA package and X package. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. Fpga chips is programmed wFpga chipsh 758 I/Os for transferring data in a more coherent manner. Logic blocks consist of 90960 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. There is a 1.15V~1.25V-volt supply voltage required for the device to operate. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the Stratix? II seies. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~85°C TJ. In this device, 750 outputs are incorporated in order to provide you with maximum flexibility. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. The RAM bits that are offered by this fpga chips are 4520488. Its base part number EP2S90 can be used to find parts that are related to it. This FPGA is built as an array of 4548 LABs/CLBs. Power is provided by a 1.21.5/3.33.3V battery that is included with the device. Most of the time, it uses a crystal oscillating at 717MHz to generate the signal. In order to make the architecture work, 36384 CLBs are used.
