FDP047N08 is an N-channel Power MOSFET transistor from the manufacturer ON Semiconductor with a voltage of 75V. The operating temperature of the FDP047N08 is -55°C~175°C TJ and its maximum power dissipation is 268W Tc. The PowerTrench? technique used to create this N-Channel MOSFET has been specifically designed to reduce the on-state resistance while preserving excellent switching performance.
