FDS4480 MOSFET Description
With enhanced on-resistance performance, the FDS4480 N-channel MOSFET is capable of fast switching purpose applications. The FDS4480 MOSFET has a low gate charge (29 nC) and is able to sustain a continuous Drain current of 10.8 A. Also, because of the wide operating and storage junction temperature range, it is characterized, it facilitates the design process for automotive applications.
