ICS83947AYILN Overview
As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in LQFP. The maximum value for normal operation is 110MHz. A total of 32 terminations are present in it. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 32 pins. The clock divider is located in Clock Drivers. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. A member of the 83947 family, this clock buffer is a digital camera. In this case, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.6V. Logic IC with LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER value is used in this circuit. In order to maintain normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 3V. There is a 3.3V volt supply that powers the timeing clock. This output has 9 true outputs.
