ISPPAC-CLK5320S-01T64I Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-LQFP package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented.
