A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate type.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.CMOS/TTL is used as the input type.You will find various related parts under the base part number L6498.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 500V.
