In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 500kHz for this voltage regulator 12v.
