This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. 1.6MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V.
