LM3103MH/NOPB Overview
As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of Up to 1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 18V to meet the operation requirements.
