The 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 9V~14V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Its configuration starts with 10 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number LM5100.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 10 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.An output current as high as 2A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 118V.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.The output current of this device can be set to 2A.A part's quiescent current at 200μA is the amount of current consumed when it is not affected by external factors.
