LTC3897IFE#TRPBF Overview
With a 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 4.5V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 75kHz~850kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Frequency Control, Overcurrent, Ramping which allows efficient switching control. LTC3897 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Total pins of switching converter are 38.
