M74HC4066RM13TR Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA extended.
