STG3682QTR Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 10-UFQFN, making it easy to ship abroad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 2:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Totally, there are 10 terminations. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. With a 3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. This electrical component is included in the 10 series of products. A SPDT switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Search with STG3682 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. A 5.2Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Datasheets for 10 pin functions are available upon request. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 4.3V. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. A low voltage of 1.65V should be applied to the electronic component. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 100nA current. This analogue multiplexer requires a voltage of 1.65V~4.3V when it drains from a single voltage supply. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 100nA. This electrical part is compatible with 3V operating voltages. Operating 2 inputs is required. A 800MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer. The analog switch ics includes 4 outputs.
