MC100ES6139DTR2 Overview
There is a case option of TSSOP available for this clock divider. A total of 20 terminations are present. The supply voltage of 3.3V is capable of providing high efficiency. The clock buffer contains 20 pins. The clock divider is contained within Clock Drivers. The gadget belongs to the 100E family. There is 3.8V maximum supply voltage (Vsup). The circuit uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER as the input. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3.135V. Power for the clock buffer comes from a +-3/+-3.8V volt supply. 4 true outputs are available. When utilizing this gadget, ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3.135V TO -3.8 V can also be obtained. It is possible to run stable operations at a maximum operating temperature of 85°C°C. The system is designed to operate at a temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius at all times.
