In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CML, ECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented.
