MC33170 Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Radial packages. To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -40°C. There must not be an increase in temperature above 85°C for this thermistor to work. It is possible for the PTC thermistors to operate at a voltage of 60V. These thermistors were rated for 60V voltage in the DC circuit. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 480mW heat.
