MC36189 Overview
It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in Radial packages. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -40°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. If the PTC thermistors were to operate, 60V voltage could be supplied. thermistors in the DC circuit are rated at 60V volts. It is recommended that PTC thermistors produce 490mW heat.
