MCP100T-300I/TT Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. Please find attached TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. In a 2.85V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The maximum supply temperature is 60μA.
