Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 3. Pin count of the power management is 3. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. For this power management, there is an 1.75μA volt supply current. You can always use MCP103, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.75μA at the most.
