MIC2131-1YTSE Overview
As a result of 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 8V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. It can switch at 150kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. MIC2131 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. There are a total of 16 pins on switching converter. If you start a project, note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current of 15A. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 92 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability. In most applications and prototypes, DC switcher's Surface Mount makes it suitable. The max frequency of the pmic can reach 170kHz. At least -40°C°C is recommended.
